Waffles (page 6)– It turns out my four year old really misses waffles, so we made these. We used almond meal instead of blanched almond flour, and it definitely made a difference in the color, but probably not in the taste. We really love how they don’t make you feel heavy afterwards, like you’ve just eaten a big plate of waffles. We felt completely fine and energized. 🙂
